Enrich your prospects into verified business contacts

ReachNow enriches the people you already want to reach — resolving their role, company and domain, then verifying their work email against the receiving mail server. One prospect at a time, or a whole list at once.

Prepaid credits from $6.90 · No subscription · Cancel nothing

    • Verified in real time

Every address is checked by SMTP against the receiving mail server as you enrich — not looked up in a stored list.

    • One prospect or a whole file

Enrich individually, or upload a CSV of up to 100 prospects per file.

    • Pay for results, not attempts

A profile that comes back with no verified email costs you nothing.

    • No subscription

Prepaid credit packs from $6.90. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.

    How it works

    Find, enrich, verify, use

Four steps, and you only pay at the third one — and only when it produces a result.

    1. 01

      Add your prospects

Add prospects individually, upload a CSV, or save prospect information to ReachNow with the browser extension while you work.

      Free — adding costs nothing

    2. 02

      ReachNow enriches them

Each prospect is resolved into a contact record: name, job title, employer, company domain, industry and headcount where published.

    3. 03

      The email is verified

Candidate addresses are tested against the company's actual mail server. Only addresses that pass come back marked as verified.

      1 credit per enriched profile

    4. 04

      Export and use it

Download the results as CSV — a full export, or column layouts that map onto a Salesforce or HubSpot import.

      Free — exporting costs nothing

    Contact enrichment

A prospect goes in. A usable contact record comes out.

Most tools in this category hand you an address and leave you to trust it. ReachNow shows its work: the record it resolved, the candidates it constructed from the company domain, which of them the mail server accepted, and which it turned down.

That matters when you are deciding whether to send. An address labelled as a catch-all is a different proposition from one the server confirmed, and you should be told which you are holding.

    • Full name, current job title and employer
    • Company domain, industry and headcount where the company publishes them
    • Verified business email, with the rejected candidates shown alongside it
    • Anything you have enriched before is free to look up again

    Bulk enrichment

Enrich a list without babysitting it

Upload a CSV of prospect URLs and start the run when you are ready. Rows whose company has already been verified for another prospect resolve from cache, which is faster and does not spend a second credit on the same work.

When it finishes you get the original file back with the enriched columns added, so it drops straight into whatever you were going to do with it next.

    • Up to 100 prospects per file, 3 files held at a time
    • Row-by-row progress, with a reason recorded against anything that did not resolve
    • Retry only the incomplete rows — no re-running the whole file
    • Schedule runs daily or weekly, with a credit ceiling per run

    Data quality

    What “verified” means here

We publish no accuracy percentage. Here is the more useful thing: exactly what each result is.

    Safe

The mail server confirmed the address exists and accepts mail.

    Risky

The domain accepts mail for any address (a catch-all), so existence could not be confirmed individually.

    Invalid

The mail server rejected the address. It is not returned to you as verified.

    Unknown

The server gave no definitive answer — usually greylisting or a firewall. Treated as unresolved.

    What ReachNow does not provide

Being clear about the boundary is more useful than a long feature list. ReachNow does not offer:

    • Personal (non-business) email addresses
    • Phone numbers
    • Home or postal addresses
    • A pre-built contact database to search or browse
    • Native write-back into a CRM

If you need a searchable database of contacts you have not identified yet, ReachNow is the wrong tool and we would rather tell you now.

    Pricing

    Prepaid credits. Nothing recurring.

One credit per enriched profile. Queuing, browsing and exporting are free, and a profile that returns nothing costs nothing.

    5 free credits

Included with a new account. No payment method requested.

    From $6.90

Buy a pack when you need one. No plan, no seat fee.

    Valid 12 months

Credits expire after that, so buy for the volume you will use.

    Transparency

You can see what you are being charged for

Credit-based tools get a bad reputation when it is unclear what consumed the balance. ReachNow spends a credit at one moment only — when a profile comes back enriched with a verified address — and shows you the state of every prospect while it works.

    • Live status on every prospect: queued, enriching, done, or no result
    • A credit ceiling per scheduled run, so automation cannot surprise you
    • Your current balance and remaining monthly allowance, always visible
    • Re-looking up something you already enriched costs nothing

    Straight answers about the data

ReachNow handles business contact details of real people, so we publish what we process, why we hold it, and how long for. Anyone — with or without an account — can have their details erased and suppressed from future results using a self-service form.

We do not claim to be “fully compliant” in any jurisdiction, because whether your particular use is lawful depends on what you send, to whom, and from where. We would rather show you the mechanics and let you make that call.
